The PREVEL process is rooted in the core reality of dynamic business management.  When a repeating pattern of business problems emerged without an explanation, the standard PREVEL approach was applied – go measure it in the real world and find out what’s going on.  This original research spanned 5 years and a dozen failed theories.   In the end the root cause was hiding in plain sight, invisible because it was so universal as to be above challenge.  It was tracked to the core principles of accepted accounting practices, when applied to the forward looking world of business operations.
